5 hour wait time! I brought my car in for an interior detailing service around 9:50am. The man who checked me in estimated about a three hour wait. That seemed a little long, but I could tell they were busy, so I didn't mind. I returned at 12:30pm to wait for my car there. Around 1:04pm I asked how long they estimated the wait would be, and the woman at the front desk told me to go outside and find the employee working on my car. I told her I didn't know who or where he was (?) so she reluctantly went out to get him for me. Turns out he was no where to be found! Another employee tried calling him, and then tried calling his boss in an attempt to find the man working on my car. Finally he got in touch with him and he said it would at least be another hour and a half. It was clear nothing had really been don't to my car in the over three hours that I had been waiting. I waited for another 1 hour and 15 minutes (mind you I am 39 weeks pregnant), and then when I asked if they could shave off a bit of the price for the extended wait time, they said absolutely NOT and I should have expected that wait time because it was the busiest day of the year. I just left this place and had to come right back..... the staff was nice, but the palce is very overpriced. When I pulled up to the guy comes to the window ask what service I want. I ask what he recommends. Obviously they go for the most expensive one. So I said why not and got that one. I didnt expect the car to look brand new but I expect it to look good for what I paid for. I get they were super busy since I came around 10am. But when they finished, I took a look around to just see how it looked. My floors looked exactly like how I brought them. They did not vacuum at all. So I called and spoke to the manager. He told me to bring it back. I did. He ended up vacuuming it out. But still not worth the price. Definitely won't be going back. Waste of money.

I have a FJ Cruiser. Yesterday I paid $25- just for a exterior wash. They did not touch the wheels at all. I didn’t ask for any tire dressing so they left the wheels dirty which really wasn’t dirty, just a light layer of grime. I had to ask them for a towel as they didn’t do a thorough job wiping the rest of the car. So after spending $25- on a car wash I had to come home and wash the wheels myself. Ridiculous! I’ll spend that money on gas next time and wash my vehicle myself.

The staff here are really nice, the prices are reasonable, and I appreciate that, but if you’re expecting the car to look like brand new when you buy the carpet/mat shampoo option, you’ll be disappointed. I just bought a used car with previous owner having a dog, and noted that’s what I was needing cleaned. I understand a lot of the hair is hard to get off but I still expected a bit better. It’s a long wait, but they provide seating so bring a book or work. And it’s a beautiful neighborhood. Go for a walk to get some steps, or walk down to a restaurant or retail Store.

Absolutely terrible job, I got the platinum plus package which was $49.99 and they left my cars interior super dirty (see photos) and oily. I messaged them addressing my concerns and I haven’t heard back from them. Overall, horrible customer service and even worse cleaning job.

Sounds like people complain about the wait time and the cost on here a lot. I paid for the $199 package (full interior detail with seat and floor deep clean and basic exterior) because my car was seriously disgusting and I waited just under three hours (they told me that when I arrived, so it was not any surprise to me). They are very busy and are cleaning cars by hand, it’s going to take a long time! Just the reality of it. I’m surprised it didn’t take longer honestly. Due to my type of work and never having time to clean my car thoroughly, there was about 4+ years of dust, dirt, rocks, grass woven into the rugs, stains on the seats, and grime everywhere. It was embarrassing (should have taken before photos). But these guys made it look brand new again! I will try to bring it back before it gets that bad again. Thanks! Very impressed and worth the money in my opinion.

I wash my car Toyota Prius at Scrub Boys Car Wash. When I drove to lot meet nice employee friendly, but wait time was 55 minutes. They washed nice outside and clean horrible inside. The reason why I give low review for car wash not because of the wait time, for the job they provide it. If you look at pictures and the job was done inside horrible.
